During the Current Rotating Postal Strike


It is important to be aware of the valuable information you may not be receiving. The best way to manage your credit and account with Hensall Co-op is to stay informed. In the event of a postal strike and the delivery of your statement is delayed, you are still responsible for making payments on time. Below are some ways to stay informed about your account.

 

Find Your Hensall Co-op Account Balance and Due Date Through:

  1. E-Statements - once a month we will email you your Hensall Co-op account statement. Enrol today by calling Pam Brand or Nick Fabiano at 519-262-3511 ex. 520 to confirm your email address.
     
  2. Hensall Co-op Online Access (CIIS) - If enrolled, login at members.hdc.on.ca/CustomerPortal.htm to access your account statements in PDF format.
    - If you are not currently enrolled for Online Access please call Pam Brand or Nick Fabiano at 519-262-3511 ex. 520 to sign-up.

     
  3. Contact Hensall Co-op Customer Service at TF: 1-800-265-5190 | T: 519-262-3002 or contact any one of our HDC Locations.

Make Payments Through:

  1. Pre-authorized Payment (PAP) is easy to set up for hassle-free payments every month.  We require an e-mail address in order to send the PAP form to you.

  2. Payments can also be made online, by phone or at your financial institution. You will need to know your six (6) digit Hensall account number.

  3. Pay in person at your nearest Hensall Co-op location.
